About us

Dave is originally from near Darlington (where he met Clare at school!) and came to Hull to go to Hull University to do electronics and stayed, settling down and marrying Clare in 1994. Dave’s work time is spent at Sabre Technology designing all sorts of electronics and software for people. Hobby wise – an Explorer Scout Leader and Responder in 4×4 Response and blowing stuff up (mostly fireworks) or restoring his fire engine and his Dad’s tractor!
	Clare Clare also grew up in County Durham and went on to get a degree in Chemistry at UMIST in Manchester before following Dave to Hull. After a brief flirtation with robotics she settled on a career as a Tax Consultant. In her spare time she does lots of work for St John (Newland) Scout Group as a cub leader and helping organise Midsummer Spectacular with Jacky and Dave
James James came along in March 2004 and is a very busy individual. He loves ‘helping’ mummy and Daddy do anything that comes along especially cooking and digging the garden.
	Daniel I was born on 6th May 2007 – a bit of a surprise as I was six weeks early! I was only 4lb 1.5oz and was quite poorly to start with but now I am home and doing well making sure Mummy and Daddy don’t get too much sleep!
